The IMA Chip

1. You will be paid 4 million to represent the company. Why is the iChip important?

The iChip is important because it will change computer technology. It will make it ten times easier to use computers. It would be quicker to use because all you would have to do is to think it and it will come up.

2. You must include information about the parts of the USA constitution, which support the company’s position to develop the iChip.

The fourth amendment gives us the right to the ownership and use of their property. This means we can use the stuff we own like the iChip. The iChip can be use as long as it has no probable cause, and it means the government can’t intrude.

3. Which government agency could provide funding for this project?

The National Science Foundation will be providing the funds for our iChip.

4. Research patent law. What is a patent?

a. The patent law is a law that was passed that would protect your inventions for 120 years. This means that no one can steal that invention as long as you parent it.

b. A patent law is a grant by the government that gives someone the right to make, use, or sell an invention. A patent is given for a certain amount of years. It prevents people from stealing your invention like a car or something.

Freedom and Security Balance

the balance in freedom and security is far from balanced because we have more security than freedom because this country has so many flaws. the president has the power to anounce a martial law and everyone loses their rights. the government allows people to carry guns. that would be too much freedom for the people. if this ccountry had a balance of freedom and security people would not be able to carry around guns so easy. security lies on the part of protecting your property not going around shooying anyone you want. so what do you think we have too much of freedom or security?
